  • 1 (1 ) banana , peeled
  • 100 g (1 cup) rolled oats (ensure gluten-free if necessary)
  • 200 ml (4/5 cup) unsweetened almond milk (or sub any other plant-based milk)
  • 100 g (1 cup) blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 teaspoon) ground cinnamon (optional)


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Mash the banana in a bowl
  • Mix the mashed banana with the oats, milk, blueberries and cinnamon
  • Transfer to a baking dish
  • Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes, or until firmed up and golden brown
  • Enjoy immediately!
