4tablespoonsagave syrup(or sub brown rice syrup or date syrup) *

Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes so that it firms up - this will make it much easier to roll into balls.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls - you should be able to make 15.
Keeps in an airtight container in the fridge for a good few days.

*I wouldn't recommend using maple syrup as it's too liquidy.They keep in the freezer for up to one month - leave to thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes before eating.You can bake these in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 12-15 minutes.
