1cupunsweetened cashew milk(or any other plant-based milk)
Few squares of orange-flavoured dark chocolate* (ensure dairy-free if necessary)
1teaspoonmaple syrupto taste (or sub any other sweetener)
1teaspooncornflour (cornstarch)
Optional: ½ teaspoon mixed spice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and mix very well before turning on the heat
Keep on a low heat, stirring frequently, until it becomes thick and frothy
Turn off heat and pour into a mug
Enjoy immediately!
Notes
*If you can't get hold of orange-flavoured chocolate, you can use your favourite dark chocolate and add some orange extract or grate in some fresh orange zest instead
