Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or sub any other flavourless oil_
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tamari (or sub soy sauce if not gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (or sub any other sweetener)
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger (or sub ground ginger)
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated or pressed

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients for dressing together in a small bowl
  • Pour over salad leaves and toss
