30 Vegan Birthday Cake Recipes

Are you looking for some Vegan Birthday Cake Recipes?

I've posted so many cake recipes on my blog, I've decided to compile a list of birthday-worthy sponge cakes. If you want to make a vegan birthday cake for any of your friends or family, there's so much choice in this round-up:

  • simple yet elegant fruit cakes such as strawberry, lemon and orange 
  • decadent chocolate cakes like chocolate mousse cake, Brooklyn blackout cake and chocolate truffle cake
  • red velvet cake
  • Boston cream pie (which is actually a cake!)
  • coffee cake
  • coconut cake!

All of these Vegan Birthday Cake Recipes are also refined sugar free and gluten-free (though you can still make them with normal flour if you want).

They're all made using simple, easily accessible, plant-based ingredients and are all seriously indulgent, yet secretly healthy.

1. Boston Cream Pie
