Here are 6 of my favourite Vegan Potato Recipes, including flavourful curries, comforting side dishes and hearty salads. These recipes are all gluten-free and refined sugar free and are made using simple plant-based ingredients!

Potatoes are such a great ingredient as they're cheap, nutritious and super versatile. They work amazingly in curries because they soak up so much flavour, they're so comforting mashed, they're a great vehicle for creamy side dishes and work well for make-ahead salads.
1. Potato Dauphinoise Gratin
