You probably already know by now that I absolutely LOVE thinking up delicious and creative recipes with tofu. So here I’ve decided to share a round-up of my favourite Easy Vegan Gluten-Free Tofu Recipes!
All of these recipes are delicious, healthy, and low-effort enough to make for a quick weeknight dinner. I’ve decided to split it into firm tofu and soft, silken tofu, so you’ll have plenty of ideas about how to use firm tofu, and ideas for how to use silken tofu.
For tofu newbies, firm tofu works best when you need the tofu to retain its shape, so it’s perfect for stir fries, curries, burgers and breading. Soft, silken tofu works well for dishes where you don’t need it to keep its shape – so it’s great for soups, stews and scrambles. It’s also delicious eaten cold in salads.
