Thank you for your gift and being willing to share. I certainly understand how you feel. I am gluten-intolerant, corn-intolerant, histamine-intolerant (check that list out:(), allergic to a host of other foods and spices (bananas, eggs, peppers, tumeric, cumin, etc.). I have IBS (and have to avoid fruit and other sugars) and a host of other issues. I miss apples so much. I can pretty much each chicken and rice.
