    15 Gluten-Free Vegan Pancake Recipes

    Looking for gluten-free vegan pancake recipes? Whether you're looking for a pancake recipe for breakfast, brunch, dessert or a snack, you're bound to find something you like here! The list includes everything from blueberry and banana pancakes to protein pancakes, coconut flour pancakes and crepes.

    All of these gluten-free vegan pancake recipes are super easy to make and none of them require aquafaba or flax eggs and only one of the recipes requires a blender.

    All of these recipes are refined sugar free and a few of them contain no added sugar.

    Substitutions you can make

    These recipes are all flexible and the ingredients can easily be substituted for others. All the individual recipes include substitution notes, but in general:

    • Ground almonds (almond meal) can be replaced with ground walnuts or ground sunflower seeds.
    • If you're not gluten-free, gluten-free flour can be replaced with plain flour.
    • Liquid sweeteners can be used interchangeably: maple syrup, agave syrup, brown rice syrup etc.
    • Plant-based milks can be used interchangeably: almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, rice milk, cashew milk etc.

    Serving suggestions

    • Banana slices.
    • Maple syrup.
    • Melted chocolate.
    • Almond or peanut butter.
    • Toasted coconut flakes.
    • Chopped nuts.
    • Fresh berries.
    • Coconut whipped cream or coconut yogurt.
    • Jam or marmalade.

    1. Fluffy Pancakes

    These Fluffy Pancakes are simultaneously pillowy and chewy on the inside, and perfectly crispy on the outside.

    2. Blueberry Pancakes

    These Blueberry Pancakes are super moist, fluffy and filled with jammy blueberries.

    3. Protein Pancakes

    These Protein Pancakes are fluffy, perfectly soft and chewy, and satisfying and nutritious! They contain no added sugar.

    These Crepes are perfectly chewy, bendy and slightly crispy. They require just 3 ingredients to make and contain no added sugar. They can also be eaten as wraps with savoury fillings.

    These Oatmeal Pancakes are super fluffy, slightly chewy and nutty, and perfectly sweet.
