But even if you've had a meat-free Christmas, you'll still have leftovers you want to repurpose. So, here are some ideas for how to put those vegan Christmas leftovers to use!

    Leftover Vegan Meatloaf (or other meat substitutes)

    View recipe

    • Warm up slices in a frying pan and put into a sandwich or wrap with salad leaves, avocado, leftover cranberry sauce and mayo or hummus.
    • Chop into small pieces and use as a pizza topping.
