The issue with a lot of normal Christmas leftovers ideas is that most of them focus on how to use up leftover meats like turkey. But even if you've had a meat-free Christmas, you'll still have leftovers you want to repurpose. So, here are some ideas for how to put those vegan Christmas leftovers to use!

Leftover Vegan Meatloaf (or other meat substitutes)

• Warm up slices in a frying pan and put into a sandwich or wrap with salad leaves, avocado, leftover cranberry sauce and mayo or hummus.
• Chop into small pieces and use as a pizza topping.
• Use as a filling for Quesadillas.
• Add to a Vegan Grilled Cheese.
